The nearby Hanseatic cities of Bremen and Hamburg or the Lüneburg Heath and the old country. The Heidepark in Soltau, the Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen, the Vorgelpark Walsrode or the Magic Park in Verden can be reached in a short time. Right next door (approx. 5 km away) is the shopping world of dodenhof, the largest shopping center in Northern Germany.
